Horizon Community Mental Health provides Medi-Cal covered mental health services that meet Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) standards. We serve adults 18+ in Lancaster, Palmdale, and the greater Antelope Valley with both Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and outpatient support.

Coverage, Compliance & Access
- Coverage: Medi-Cal; medical necessity is confirmed per LACDMH and DHCS standards.
- Documentation: Treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures are maintained per county and DHCS requirements.
- Access: In-person visits on the BLVD and secure telehealth sessions across Service Area 1 and the Antelope Valley.
- Language & Access Needs: Language assistance and accommodations are available upon request.
- Rights: Clients receive Notice of Privacy Practices and Grievance/Appeal information as part of intake.
